Job Title: Maintenance Engineer - Food Industry

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at The Collective Network. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members to promote knowledge-sharing and teamwork.
  • Ensure high safety and hygiene standards are maintained in all maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications (HND/HNC, NVQ, or Time Served engineering).
  • Experience working within Food/FMCG/Manufacturing industries.
  • Strong Electrical and Mechanical problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
