Job Description
  • Conducting Respiratory Clinics in Primary Care settings, working both remotely and traveling to practices across Shropshire.
  • Undertaking COPD and/or Asthma reviews in Primary Care, utilizing expertise to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • A registered nurse with current NMC registration, possessing recent experience in undertaking COPD and/or Asthma reviews in Primary Care.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, enabling efficient travel between locations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to patients with respiratory conditions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on patient outcomes.
Salary Range

£32,240 - £37,960 per year (dependent on experience)
