Programme Control Advisor

A successful Main Contractor has a new requirement for a Construction Planner to join their business on a c£70m Mixed-Use project due to start on site in January 2025. The successful candidate will take responsibility for leading on-site programme updates with the project lead, programme planning, including programme controls, and ensuring the smooth delivery of the project.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced construction professional to offer on-site planning expertise on a flagship project in the local area. As a Construction Planner, you will play a key role in the success of this project, working closely with the project team to ensure timely completion and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programme controls
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth delivery of the project
- Lead on-site programme updates with the project lead
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Planner or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of programme controls and on-site planning
- Strong communication and leadership skills
