We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SHE Advisor to join our team at Scott Bader. As an SHE Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, customers, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental management systems to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents and incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills on health, safety, and environmental matters.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, suppliers, and contractors to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in health, safety, and environmental management.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to health, safety, and environmental challenges.
