Assistant Manager Role

As an Assistant Manager at Moto, you will be a crucial part of our leadership team, responsible for driving sales and unit budget, delivering brand standards, and ensuring consistent high quality customer service. The role involves supporting the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, and reporting progress and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the day-to-day management and operation of the unit and colleagues
  • Driving sales and controlling costs, adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards
  • Responsible for driving consistent high quality customer service
  • Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress, and overall performance
