Director - Global Centres & Maternity

MSI Reproductive Choices is seeking a dynamic Director to lead our efforts in developing sustainable, high-quality private sector facility-based health services and expanding access to critical reproductive health care across Africa and Asia.
Key Responsibilities:- Spearhead the development of operational best practices collaborating with a cross-functional team of experts.
- Design and test innovative business models and channel innovations, providing guidance to both country and regional implementation specialists.
- Provide strategic guidance on health financing models and revenue cycles to optimize our financial sustainability.
- Lead external engagement efforts, representing MSI at conferences, publishing articles, and contributing to sector-wide learning on the private sector.
- Clinic/maternity healthcare management specialist with commercial financial acumen, optimizing centre efficiency, and appreciating clinical governance.
- Strong expertise in health financing models for revenue, analyzing and interpreting external partners' financial statements and reports.
- Strategic acumen, translating complex data into actionable insights, and identifying unmet consumer needs and market gaps.
- Exceptional leadership skills, particularly in 'boundary spanning', inspiring and facilitating cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, presenting complex ideas with clarity and confidence in various settings.
