Department Supervisor

This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a department, supervising and coaching a team of colleagues to deliver market-leading standards to our customers.

You will work closely with the store management team to support the delivery of excellent customer service, and have some key holder responsibility, ensuring the security and stock loss procedures are followed.

Halfords invests heavily in training, providing you with the skills to develop your career, whether in retail or elsewhere in the Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a small team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Deliver on-the-job training and coaching to colleagues
  • Work to tight deadlines and achieve results against sales targets
  • Have a track record of achieving exceptional results and a commitment to your own development
