Special Needs Assistant in Northfield, Birmingham

We are looking for an experienced SEN teaching assistant to join our team in a Primary school in Northfield, Birmingham.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a school environment or preschool environment, supporting children with ASD, SLCN, non-verbal requirements, and understanding of the EYFS framework/Key Stage One.
The successful candidate will be able to work as part of a team, contributing to the development of a child-centred approach to education.
Key Responsibilities- Support children with ASD, SLCN, non-verbal requirements
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members
**Estimated Salary:** £43,660 - £53,800 per annum (based on 90-105 daily rate)
