Publishing Support Administrator

Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 3.00pm
We are seeking an experienced Publishing Support Administrator to join our client's car supermarket site in the Rugby area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled individual to work for a well-established and reputable car supermarket site, working for the Institute of the Motor Industry. limited.
Responsibilities:- Verify that all vehicle documents are accurate and complete.
- Input vehicle documents into the database.
- Organize document folders for each vehicle and store them with the vehicle.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Excellent administrative skills are necessary.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Effective time management is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of the motor trade industry.
