About the Role:

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the induction of new employees on health and safety procedures and ensure all risk assessments are up to date.
  • Coordinate the collection and disposal of waste and recycling, adhering to environmental regulations.
  • Perform in-house troubleshooting on office equipment and appliances to reduce repair times and costs.
  • Supervise the cleaning contract and staff, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Manage fire and emergency equipment to ensure compliance with current legislation.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in coordinating facilities services within a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
