About the Role:
Dream job for facilities enthusiasts We're seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee our corporate services at DP World Australia. As the ideal candidate, you'll ensure seamless day-to-day operations, coordinate maintenance services, and guarantee the highest standards of health and safety in the workplace.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the induction of new employees on health and safety procedures and ensure all risk assessments are up to date.
- Coordinate the collection and disposal of waste and recycling, adhering to environmental regulations.
- Perform in-house troubleshooting on office equipment and appliances to reduce repair times and costs.
- Supervise the cleaning contract and staff, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Manage fire and emergency equipment to ensure compliance with current legislation.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in coordinating facilities services within a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
