Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team, working on a new contract at our client's North Lanarkshire office. As a key member of the Contracts Team, you will be responsible for managing the workload of up to two contracts, liaising with internal teams and client helpdesks, providing regular reporting, and ensuring certification and paperwork is received and uploaded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise between internal teams and client helpdesks for updates and closure of nationwide planned and reactive tasks
- Provide information to account/contract manager and client teams for regular reporting
- Organise accommodations and site permits
- Maintain client portals
- Assist account/contracts manager with production of quotations
- Order materials, equipment, and stock control
- Liaise with internal planning team for scheduling and booking of engineers
- Assist finance team with monthly applications and maintenance billing enquiries to ensure ease of invoicing
Person Specification:
We are looking for an individual who is proficient in Microsoft Office packages, comfortable in decision-making and working under their own supervision, client-focused, and able to conduct themselves in a calm, organised, and professional manner.
