Pension Implementation Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Implementation Associate to join our Configuration Pension Implementation Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of pension administration solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on projects and manage/mentor a team to deliver high-quality pension administration solutions
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of UK pension schemes, including DB, DC, CARE, and Annuities, and their administration processes
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and interpret client requirements and processes, and translate these into system solutions
  • Manage system configuration activities and quality, and facilitate internal and external system training and documentation
  • Conduct system configuration and testing quality control activities, and support the technical development of our technology platforms
  • Undertake project management activities, including risk and issue identification and mitigation, and data analysis activities
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in pension administration and implementation, with a strong understanding of UK pension schemes and their administration processes
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access, with the ability to draft automated Excel calculators and use filters, sorting, pivot tables, and lookups
