About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Implementation Specialist to join our team at Capita Pension Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting and documenting Scheme Rules and developing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake scheme analysis to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of pension schemes.
  • Support the production of requirement documentation to ensure seamless integration with our technology platform.
  • Participate in project status calls to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Implement pension products and services on our technology platform.
  • Deliver tools to enable successful calculation automation and data migration.
  • Support the resolution of client queries and issues.
  • Support Implementation Consultants through the efficient delivery of project tasks.
  • Deliver end-user documents to support operational readiness and day-to-day administration.

Requirements

  • Pensions administration experience with good knowledge of Defined Benefit Pension Schemes and the ability to interpret scheme rules.
  • Proven data analytical experience.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Experience with pensions and/or employee benefits administration processes/software.
  • Strong communication skills to relay information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail.
