Main Job Purpose:

As a key member of the IT Procurement team at Unilever, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of strategic programs for IT Procurement. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Procurement lead in sourcing IT goods and services for various IT Application, Software, User, and Infrastructure services & Telecoms.

Key Accountabilities:

Support the delivery of strategic programs for IT Procurement, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

Collaborate with IT stakeholders to develop and implement sourcing strategies for IT projects, ensuring compliance with global strategies and contracts.

Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Work closely with the Procurement Finance & Capabilities team to ensure effective financial management and reporting.

Identify and deliver savings opportunities through strategic sourcing, e-sourcing, demand management, and vendor relationship management techniques.

Professional Skills:

Strong commercial negotiation and contracting skills, with the ability to manage Procurement Projects with minimal supervision.

Excellent working knowledge and application of professional Sourcing Methodologies and processes.

Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to track and report on financial targets.

Experience Required:

5+ years of experience in IT Procurement, preferably with a track record of delivering savings targets and managing supplier contracts.

Skilled in stakeholder and supplier management, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and geographic locations.
