About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality customer service, with a focus on providing a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our residents. You will be an accomplished administrator, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.

As a Residential Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, including organizing activities, co-ordinating maintenance, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents. You will be a trusted and approachable member of our team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is a progressive managing agent of privately owned leasehold Retirement Living accommodation. We manage over 200 developments nationally, providing property services and customer care to over 10,000 retired people.
