Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring it is safe and secure for residents
  • Coordinate activities and events to enhance the quality of life for residents
  • Provide administrative support, including managing records and reports
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Act as a trusted 'go-to' person on-site, providing guidance and support to residents and colleagues alike
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in retirement living or social housing
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using your own initiative and good judgement
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a calm and composed demeanor
