Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the maintenance of the property and ensure that all necessary repairs and maintenance are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide a first-class service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organise and coordinate activities and events for our residents, ensuring that they are enjoyable and engaging.
  • Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and within budget.
  • Complete health and safety checks and ensure that the development is maintained in a safe and secure manner.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has a strong background in administration and customer service. You will be a team player, able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
