About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being, and managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring it is safe and secure for residents
  • Provide a first-class service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Organize activities and events to enhance the resident's lifestyle
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
  • Conduct health and safety checks and implement necessary measures
About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will have experience in a similar role, preferably in retirement living or social housing. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
