We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring that all facilities and services are provided to a high standard.
  • Provide a first-class service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, including contractors and maintenance teams.
  • Organise activities and events for residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
  • Manage the site's health and safety, ensuring that all necessary checks and procedures are in place.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with a range of residents and stakeholders.
  • Strong administration skills, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently, using your own initiative and making decisions as needed.
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service, with a focus on delivering a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for residents.
