- Accomplished Leader and Clinician: With strong line management and communication skills, and experience within a mental health setting and multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledgeable of Clinical Governance: With skills in medical appraisals, clinical supervision, case investigation, and case management.
- Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists: (MRCPsych) or equivalent.
