About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Clinical Services to join our dynamic team at Mill Garth Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care is provided across our 19-bed rehabilitation and recovery service for adult males.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the clinical services operation, including nursing and therapy teams, to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve quality standards.
  • Develop and implement quality initiatives to drive continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.
  • Collaborate with external professionals to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to clinical teams to promote a positive and proactive culture.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards.
Requirements
  • Registration with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) or Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Recognised post-registration qualification and full membership/accreditation of a relevant professional institution.
  • Proven leadership and decision-making skills, with a track record of innovation and creating a positive culture.
  • Strong background in people management and working with external professionals.
  • Experience of leading quality initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
