Director of Clinical Services

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Director of Clinical Services to join a private hospital run by an innovative company that is a leader in delivering behavioural care to over 25,000 people each year across their 350 services.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain the recent good CQC inspection and work with the hospital director to ensure compliance, governance, and quality care within clinical service operations.
  2. Deliver on the hospital strategy, oversee staffing, and provide training and development alongside clinical supervision.
  3. Lead a multidisciplinary team consisting of clinical managers, a physical health nurse, phlebotomist, psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists and assistants, specialty doctors, staff nurses, and recovery support workers.

Requirements
