About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Clinical Services to join our team at Mill Garth Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care is provided across our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the clinical services operation, including nursing and therapy teams, to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experience.
  • Collaborate with external professionals to ensure seamless care pathways.
  • Manage and develop a team of clinical professionals to achieve our performance indicators.
  • Embed a culture of meaningful engagement and continuous improvement across the hospital.
Requirements
  • Registration with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) or Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Recognised post-registration qualification and full membership/accreditation of a relevant professional institution.
  • Proven leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Passionate about providing high-quality care and continuous improvements.
  • Strong background in people management and working with external professionals.
