Job Title: Materials Coordinator SpecialistSalary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Monitor offloading and staging of materials, ensuring efficient receipt and inspection process.
  • Participate in Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures as required.
  • Comply with quality processes and ensure accurate recording of supplier and transportation-related issues.
  • Collect and report data for EDSR and Configuration Management according to communication guidelines.
  • Manage carrier data accurately and maintain mobile devices up-to-date with the latest software applications.
  • Responsible for maintaining assigned vehicles in a responsible manner.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
  • Technical degree or college diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field.
  • Valid driver's license required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Safety-conscious and professional behavior.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment and work well with others.
  • Computer technology proficiency and web-based tool experience.
