ERTMS Implementation Specialist

As an ERTMS Trainer at Colas Rail UK, you will play a crucial role in implementing, managing, and delivering a training and competency assessment regime to integrate ETCS Driver training into our current operations.
This includes classroom training, simulator training, and practical train handling duties. You will be part of a team that values diversity and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
We are seeking a widely experienced railway person with an excellent knowledge of freight operations, a qualified mainline Freight Train Driver, and familiarity with the planned introduction of ERTMS.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate training and re-certification of freight drivers.
- Develop training and assessment documentation.
- Deliver mainline driver training as required (Class 66).
- Assist with Technical, Safety & incident investigations as required.
- Analyses, forecast, plan, and monitor the competency management system.
