At Colas Rail UK, we are seeking a highly experienced ERTMS Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and delivering a training and competency assessment regime to integrate ETCS Driver training into our current operations. This includes classroom training, simulator training, and practical train handling duties. Our ETCS training academy is under construction in Crewe and will serve as a base for training, with delivery also taking place at various sites, including the East Coast Mainline. As a successful candidate, you will have a widely experienced background in railway operations, with excellent knowledge of freight operations and a qualified mainline Freight Train Driver. You will also hold Trainer & Assessor Qualifications and be willing to undertake further training as required.
