About the Role

This exciting opportunity is based in the heart of London's historic Royal Docks. You will be working closely with our clients to ensure seamless delivery of our services. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong knowledge of MS Excel and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating staff rotas to ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Managing client relationships and expectations
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work effectively under pressure. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus commission earning potential and 30 days' holiday.
