We are seeking a highly skilled End-to-End Payroll Specialist to join Isca Recruitment's team. As an End-to-End Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in preparing and running 2 monthly payrolls for approximately 600 staff, ensuring compliance with HMRC and pensions policy requirements.
The Key Responsibilities:- Preparing and running 2 monthly payrolls, including processing statutory payments, attachments of earnings, and pay increases.
- Maintaining the pension scheme accurately.
- Ensuring accurate statutory reporting and compliance with HMRC and pensions policy requirements.
- Managing employee absence data and supporting systems accuracy and improvements.
Salary: £28,000pa - £29,000pa
Benefits: 28 days including bank holidays, pension scheme, hybrid and flexible working, training, employee assistance, and lots more.
Location: The role requires 3 days a week in our Tiverton office and 2 days a week working from home.
We are looking for a highly skilled End-to-End Payroll Specialist with experience of end-to-end payrolls and strong communication skills. You will be able to develop relationships with colleagues across the organisation as well as suppliers and senior management.
