Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home and Deputy Manager to ensure the home is managed effectively to provide a safe and caring environment.
  • Deliver a high-quality service to our service users and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Lead by example, mentor, and guide the care and nursing teams.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Nurse RGN/RMN with Active PIN and Health and Safety training.
  • Experience of caring for individuals with dementia and experience of medication management.
  • Supervising and leading a care team, understanding of safeguarding adults at risk.
