  • Design and manage projects from inception to site delivery
  • Conduct condition surveys and prepare reports
  • Prepare funding bids, budget estimates, and specifications for tender issues
  • Handle planning and building regulations applications
  • Oversee project management and contract administration

Requirements
  • Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
  • RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage client relationships confidently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant IT tools
  • UK driving license required
  • Enhanced DBS check will be conducted upon appointment
