Building Senior Surveyor Position

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive building assessments to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communications.
- Oversee and mentor junior surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in the role.
- Ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
- RICS accredited with substantial experience in building surveying, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry best practices.
- Proven client management abilities, with a track record of delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients.
- A competitive basic salary ranging between £50,000 - £55,000, reflecting your skills and experience.
