Dove Adolescent Services Ltd is a leading provider of residential care for young people. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential Care Team Leader to join our team.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers and ensuring that each young person receives high-quality care and support. You will also be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the needs of each young person
  • Leading team meetings and supervising support workers
  • Ensuring that all young people receive a safe and supportive environment
  • Monitoring and reviewing the quality of care provided
Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Equivalent
  • Leadership experience in a residential childcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of support workers
  • Computer experience to an intermediate level

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 (pay increase after successful probation period)
