Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Driver and Asset Solutions Specialist to join our team in Ashford. This role involves working as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management, ensuring that all merchandising tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts Sunday to Thursday, with shift lengths ranging from 12 hours, days and nights (predominately nights). You will have access to available assignments on your smartphone via our Field Power platform, where you can set your availability and accept shifts.

Key responsibilities include removing and replacing stock with the use of client plans and systems, adjusting shelf heights, moving stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks, and stock replenishment.

Requirements:

  • You must hold a Full Driving License
  • A 'can do' attitude is essential, as you will be required to work long shifts where necessary
  • Previous experience in retail is desirable, although training will be provided
  • Uniforms and accommodation will be provided when required

Salary: £28,600 per annum
