We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Toy Retail Assistant to join our team at The Entertainer in Kings Lynn Vancouver Quarter. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store displays, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Job Overview:

This is a seasonal position, working approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You will be required to work Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day as part of our busy Christmas period.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain store displays, including restocking shelves, processing deliveries, and adhering to visual merchandising standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • A reliable and flexible individual with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of presentation.
