Clinical Support Role
As a Clinical Support Technician at Specsavers, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our clinical teams. If you have previous optical experience, we'd love to hear from you
Your Key Responsibilities
- You will listen to patients, provide guidance, and recommend suitable products while maintaining adherence to NHS procedures and company standards
- Main duties include conducting pre-screening examinations and collaborating with the broader team to ensure seamless clinic operations
- You will take precise measurements, assist customers with frame collections, and verify the quality and comfort of selected frames
- In this role, you'll deliver outstanding customer service, contributing significantly to the overall customer experience and success of our retail team
- It's essential that you understand and adhere to data protection regulations, ensuring all customer information is handled confidentially and securely
- Additionally, you will perform diagnostic tasks while following the latest IPC and PPE guidelines
