We are urgently seeking a skilled Freelance Language Specialist to join our team at Language Empire. As a Freelance Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication between individuals and organizations across various settings.

**Job Description:**

This exciting opportunity involves working as an independent contractor, providing high-quality interpreting services to clients in the NHS, Local Authorities, Police, Probation, and other public and private sectors. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent language skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Interpreting for individuals using legal, health, and local government services
  • Ensuring accurate communication through precise language translation
  • Liaising between service users and providers to facilitate smooth interactions

**Requirements:**

  • Fluency in English and another language
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Aged 21 or over
  • Formal qualifications such as Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI), Community Interpreting, NRPSI, CIOL, ITI registered, or Degree in Translation/Interpreting/Languages
