Early Years Teaching Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Teacher to join Buckinghamshire Council.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to inspire and enthuse young minds, while providing a high standard of education and care.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working across Preschool and Reception, with a fantastic and caring team of practitioners who put our children at the centre of what they do.

The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively and working with the wider Early Years team to ensure a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual education and care for every child in the class.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspiring and enthusing young minds through engaging lessons and activities.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues, parents and carers to ensure seamless transitions and a high standard of care.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Early Years team to plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Requirements

We are looking for an inspiring and committed Early Years Teacher with:

  • A strong track record of delivering high-quality education and care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent upon experience.

Both full and part-time applications would be considered, and interviews can be held at short notice.
