Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and kind individual to join our pastoral team as a Student Support Coordinator. You will play a central part in supporting our students and contributing to their academic success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide additional support to our excellent pastoral team, including student reception duties and communication with families regarding pastoral issues.
  • Assist the Assistant Headteacher (Pastoral) and Year-Group Performance Directors in supporting individuals and groups of students, their families, tutors, and teachers.
  • Contribute to effective pastoral systems and procedures, which are consistently implemented.
  • Support the safeguarding team with communications and liaison.
  • Maintain student files online and in cabinets.
