Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve profitability, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.
- Manage all aspects of the pub, including operations, finance, and customer service.
- Collaborate with the area manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

About the PubThe Boat House is a stunning premium-food business boasting an idyllic, canal-side location. This pub is highly seasonal and delights guests with our Signature food menu as well as a Sunday Carvery offer. The Boat House is a beautiful country pub that proves popular with hikers, dog walkers, and families in the local area, as well as attracting guests to the amazing beer garden throughout the summer.
RequirementsWe are looking for an experienced operator with the ability to flex their skills to the demands of a highly seasonal operation. You will need to be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
