Role OverviewWe are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to manage and nurture existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a deep knowledge of our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the multi-metal sector.
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and research.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions based on our range of products and services.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries, provide price quotes, and process orders promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate closely with the external sales team to coordinate sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscapes.
- Utilize our CRM system to maintain accurate and organized sales records and generate reports as needed.
