About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Ambassador. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services to clients.
  • Ensure all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date with product developments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
