Job Overview

Position Summary:

As a Brand Ambassador - Experience with Canada Goose, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that embody the brand's luxury performance lifestyle values. You will be the face of the brand, providing expert product knowledge and creating meaningful relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations to customers, leveraging your expertise in luxury lifestyle brands.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer journeys and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and brand initiatives to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Participate in educational initiatives and strategies to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience.
  • Previous experience working with luxury lifestyle brands in high-volume traffic locations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
