Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our UK Account Management team. As the Head of UK Account Management, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Client Service Advocates, while also managing a small portfolio of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Client Service Advocates to provide exceptional client service and support.
  • Manage a small portfolio of accounts, ensuring effective management, understanding, and delivery of client servicing needs.
  • Understand client needs and preferences, and provide clear, timely, and relevant information to clients and brokers as required.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of client services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
