Store People & Culture Business Partner

At Primark Stores Limited, we're looking for a Store People & Culture Business Partner to join our team. As a trusted advisor to our retail management team, you'll play a key role in driving our people strategy and purpose within our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to the retail management team, providing expert advice on people-related matters.
  • Develop and implement people strategies that drive business results and improve colleague engagement.
  • Coach and develop retail management teams to deliver high performance through colleagues who are engaged and developed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements in-store.
