We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

About the Role:

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  1. Partnering with our executive team to drive the global HR agenda and contribute to business success.
  2. Developing and championing a performance-driven culture with a merit-based performance appraisal system.
  3. Advising on recognition and reward programs, fostering a culture of excellence.
  4. Overseeing training and career development programs to ensure growth and retention.
  5. Devising and leading projects aimed at improving HR reporting, processes, and systems.
  6. Ensuring compliance with international employment laws and staying ahead of regulatory changes in all operating regions.
  7. Developing innovative strategies to attract, engage, and retain world-class talent.
  8. Working in partnership with our operational management team to ensure effective objective setting & performance reviews.
  9. Guiding and coaching managers on all employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.
  10. Guiding and advising managers on all aspects of international HR laws and regulatory requirements.
  11. Building and leading a team of HR generalists to provide first-line HR support to our international business.

About You:

We are looking for a highly personable and tenacious senior HR leader who is experienced in supporting an international HR agenda. You will need to have a strong track record of leading on policy & procedures, leadership development, reward, HRIS, recruitment, and other specific projects.

  • Experience of working at senior HR Operations Manager level / HR Director level within a commercial environment.
  • Strong IT, data, and technical skills.
  • A superb people manager, experienced in managing, motivating, and developing an HR team.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to leverage data and logic in support of making a business case.
  • Collaborative with an enabling coaching style.
  • A proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and experience of designing and delivering on HR initiatives.
