About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Palliative Medicine Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and advancing the field of palliative medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in palliative care, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement education and training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals in palliative care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
  • Participate in research and audit activities to advance the field of palliative medicine and inform best practice.
Requirements
  • MB ChB/MB BS or equivalent medical qualification.
  • GMC registration.
  • MRCP/MRCGP or equivalent specialist qualification.
  • Experience of palliative medicine and NHS working desirable.
