About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our projects by providing exceptional customer service and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a visible point of contact for customers, engaging through regular updates and communication.
- Ensure residents are aware of works processes and communicate updates / changes accordingly.
- Coordinate handover of keys to site teams and provide a high standard of customer aftercare.
- Manage expectations between residents, the client and our operations teams.
Requirements
We are looking for a naturally excellent communicator who can work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. You will be resilient under pressure and understand the need for discretion and respect in a public facing role.
