Job Description

As a Lead Spa Therapist at Corinthia London, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the therapy department, maintaining the highest standards of treatment and service excellence. This involves working closely with the Treatment Manager to drive revenue growth, as well as conducting regular training sessions to maintain ESPA brand standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire a team to deliver outstanding results. A strong understanding of Anatomy and Physiology is also essential, along with excellent technical skills and knowledge of ESPA products and treatments.

About You
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Senior or Head Therapist in a quality spa environment
  • Familiarity with ESPA products and treatments
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver outstanding client care and treatment standards
  • Strong knowledge of stock control processes and ability to oversee inventory management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of English proficiency
  • Recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy and Body Massage, such as CIDESCO, NVQ Level 2 and 3, or BTEC
Estimated Salary Range

Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the annual salary for this position to be between £45,000 and £60,000.
