Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction and driving the success of our client contracts.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver recruitment solutions tailored to their unique requirements. This will involve sourcing top talent, conducting interviews and skill assessments, and ensuring smooth candidate registration and onboarding.
In addition, you will partner with the Branch Manager to provide outstanding service solutions and regularly review performance with clients to offer improvements where needed.
