About the Role
Circet UK is seeking a highly skilled Capacity Planner to join our team in Selkirk, Scotland. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective planning and management of our resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement resource allocation strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Analyze reports and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with our IT department to review and implement new software and processes.
- Work closely with our field teams to ensure seamless execution of plans.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to stakeholders on key performance indicators.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our field colleagues and service center teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in resource optimization.
Requirements
- GCSE grade or Scottish equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of work management systems and Windows.
- Good awareness of Health & Safety and Quality Assurance Procedures.
- Sound Telecommunication Knowledge.
- Effective Leadership and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others effectively.
- Professional & technical expertise, enthusiastic, passionate, patient, and a critical thinker.
- Good logical skills and ability to prioritize tasks depending on emergency situations.
- Recognize people's right to privacy and dignity, treating every person with respect.
- Willingness to embrace an integrated model and new ways of working.
- Responsible for keeping safe any personal information, not transferring any data without the appropriate safeguards.
- Aware of physical security of data and use encryptions and passwords to protect it.
- Reporting any possible security breaches to IT department immediately.
- Complying with relevant policies which guide the Circet processes.
